After maturing for over seven years in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, Alex Thomas, our Master Blender, finished this outstanding whiskey in ancient cognac casks from the Charente region in France. Each Limousin oak cask has previously aged exceptional Cognac for at least fifteen years, imbuing the whiskey with a
