On the nose there is honey, citrus (lemon and orange) and vanilla with notes of toasted almonds and hazelnut. On the palate ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon can be present, adding depth. The finish is typically long and sweet as well as smooth and warming. The Nectar pairs well with a variety of dishes due to its fruity and sweet profile. It compliments appetisers like olives,
