1910 Patek Philippe Antique Mens 45mm Pocket Watch - 18K Gold Geneve Serviced: One of our MasterThe beautiful and very fine pocket watch showcased in today's offering is a fabulous example of one of Patek's early stem wound and stem set watches. It is an "Extra Flat" piece with a marvelous and extraordinarily high grade ultra thin movement. This special engine enables the complete watch to measure a mere 8. 75mm thick including the crystal at its thickest point. A thinner mineral crystal would even slightly reduce the thickness. The centerpiece
