The diff cover ring is made out of 3 8 inch thick steel plate that is laser cut in house at Motobilt. Next a 1 4 inch thick laser cut plate is cnc formed and welded by hand inside and out. A large 3 4 inch NPT fill plug is used for easy service. This Ford Super Duty Dana 60 cover differs then the standard dana 60 cover because it is an ultra tight fitting design.
