Considered a dwarf variety, Shigi no Hoshi will grow no more than about 6 feet at maximum maturity. Spring color is a cream colored leaf with green veins, becoming more green in summer before turning brilliant yellow in the fall. This variety likes morning sun, but will do best in a shady area for the warmer parts of the day. Best suited for zones 5 9.
