Manix 2 G10 Factory Second The Specially heat treated MagnaCutThe Manix model started as a dedicated hard use design from the mind of Eric Glesser, son of Spyderco founder Sal Glesser. Eric designed the original Manix to be a large, ergonomic, tough, workhorse of a knife. And it was. The original Manix was approximately the size of the current Manix XL (almost 9" overall) and utilized a sturdy back lock mechanism. To make the folder more carry able and user friendly, later versions reduced the size and
