Convinced that he would have loved these wines, David has named this cuve in his grandfather's honour. Its Syrah is cultivated in line with biodynamic principles on limestone and clay soil, and the wine is matured in barriques and concrete tanks for one year. It is ruby in colour with notes of dark fruits, spice and violets.
