What other cheeses are from Spain? In this class we will taste cheese from throughout Spain, departing from the arid plateau of Manchego's La Mancha and venturing beyond to the rolling foothills of Catalonia, Extremadura, and the Balearic Islands off the Spanish coast. Each cheese we encounter along the way will tell us a little something about Spain
