The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards in Costa Vescovato, where the Tortonian marl soils give the wine its distinctive minerality and structure. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and crafted with minimal intervention, the wine undergoes a short skin maceration before aging in acacia barrels. It is bottled without
