In the 1960's Williamsburg paired with Steiff to create reproductions of 18th century design tableware. This particular one is in the CW 84 7 design, from Colonial Williamsburg, 1700s. They ceased operations in the 1970's so this piece is dated between 1960s 1970's! Just adorable.
