Actually, in our ideal world, we'll be drawing two cards during our turn and then two more during our opponents' turn so we can double-trigger all of our "when you draw your second card" creatures each turn cycle
Ultimately, this will be a case where testing will determine the better card, but I think Swarm could easily come out on top
