Some cards, in fact, such as Wood Elemental, are in the running for being the worst of all time
Since your deck will be full of instants and sorceries anyway, that prowess ability can grow it into a 4/5, 5/6, or something waaay bigger depending on how many cards you can play in a turn
Funeral Charm is mostly good as it can hit the drawstep and keep someone without cards or plays for a turn
This lets you put five character cards from your discard pile onto the bottom of your deck in any order, and if you do, it acts as the Shift cost and lets you play Maleficent & Diablo for free
For two mana, you get a 2/2 that punishes your opponent for trying to remove it
Its not wrong to ignore this option, and I dont want you to think that its sub-optimal to not do it, but do consider it if you can
