As near as I can tell it was some combination of the following causes: First, there are fewer high-profile Legacy events these days and Legacy has become more of a niche format

One of their top-selling decks is a Krenko, Mob Boss list that goes for $74.99 plus shipping

Creatures represent monsters, heroes, and beings you summon to the battlefield

Then if the exiled card doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend

I think most Red decks will find themselves with enough dragons to make this a reasonable playable, and sometimes it may even help you to splash an off-color dragon

It's a little tough but I could see it potentially slotting in to my recent Commander Focus: Talrand deck
