For example, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards, it must not contain any Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, or Steel cards
Back in the old days of Magic (like ten years ago), single card prices were based mostly on their age, availability, and playability
While I guess you could try to flip it into a 3/4, and that might be the right line in some situations, I think there would be decks (at least in Standard) that would play the front side as a sorcery
Its possible that once Standard rotates, we will need to reevaluate this card for that format, but that is a while away
