As the Cabarettis are high-class fancy party people, the deck focuses on summoning plenty weaker Citizen token creatures to the battlefield in order to really get the party started

It also fits well into blue-based artifact decks as a way to draw cards cheaply and get a nice creature in play

It gives you a card draw for any equipped creature attacking, so you dont always have to risk this card to draw
