Its power is directly tied to the number of creatures you control, so it is at least a 1/4 when Adeline is in play by itself

Ideally, if you spend $35 for a Commander deck, you don't just get the deck but also good cards to grow your collection and lots of opportunities to build different decks with the same cards

You choose whether each token is attacking that opponent or a planeswalker they control as those tokens enter the battlefield
