You cant justify this in decks that arent interested in milling five cards, but cards that incidentally self-mill you are always welcome in various graveyard archetypes
If you're interested in seeing what Locations can do in Into the Inklands, I would suggest checking out the other Starter Deck, Plenty of Pluck
