While I don't think this card will necessarily be a four-of by any means in a Standard Control shell, it is pretty intriguing to have a Fact or Fiction that puts a body into play

Activate the Infestation twice, then recast Hogaak by delving five cards in your graveyard and convoke-tapping the two zombies

If so, Cenote Scout will almost certainly be a huge part of the deck

But it also generates a Lander token every time it taps (you pay two mana to sacrifice a Lander to then put a land card from your deck on the battlefield)

Its ability to reset the game is uniquely powerful
