I do think that the reveal of Coconut and this open beta test is linked to the expansion of Disney Lorcana as a game, and the Collector Boosters are also part of this, even if the two are not directly linked to each other

Its a game accelerant, and in pods that arent filled with combo kills, sometimes games can get bogged down

Reducing the cost of colored spells permanently is very strong, especially in combo decks

The Adventure here isn't great, but it is upside on a Town that can tap for Blue, so a deck like U/G is still likely to play it

While it's true she has no way to restore loyalty, that's not really important, as for three mana you'll be perfectly happy getting one or two uses out of her, then having her sit on the battlefield causing problems
