While this theme deck has never been something on my radar, Im happy to see that Arixmethes is at least resonating with their target audience

The other five-drop Izzet colored 3/5 Doctor has an attack trigger to exile until you exile a nonland and it gets suspended with three time counters to cast early

The nuance of it dealing damage upon becoming tapped (as opposed to just being used) is a powerful teacher

These cards also synergize nicely with hardened scales, as it makes them essentially add 2 counters per trigger instead of one

This version would be way more of a creature deck than it currently is
