Application Description Mixing When mixing by volume add 2 parts Polycell Trade Easy Sand Interior Filler to 1 part water. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth paste, adding more water or powder as necessary. Approximately 3L of water is required to mix a full 5 Kg bag and approximately 6L of water is required
