There is a band of incised decoration near the end of the neck The rowel has a serrated edge it was probably originally larger with pierced decoration, it can still turn. The heel bands are curved, they would pass below the rider's ankle bone. Both arms have two holes or eyelets at their ends,There are two flattened hooks on one arm and one on the other.
