STEAM AND DIESEL ON THE NICKEL PLATE - VOL 4 B&W color and b&w photosDonald J. Krofta's "STEAM & DIESEL on the NKP Volume 4" is perhaps the most action packed of all. This one features a lot of high speed freight action in the 1950's. With mostly Berkshire powered freights, a few Mikados are found on local freights plus some passenger trains headed by NKP's Bluebird Alco PA diesels. This program rounds out Don Krofta's NKP 16mm film on video. The sound track is all NKP, recorded in the 1950's by Don's friend, Jim Hawk.
