Your opponents always have the option to discard, thus you should expect them to make that choice most of the time, as the idea of whatever construct, robot, or vehicle coming down for free will scare your opponent
This is most certainly a "win-more" card that helps us snowball to victory, but it's strong enough for me to look past that
The Sapphire cards in this deck are all very Hero focused and offer a few ways to manipulate your deck (drawing a card, putting a card facedown in your inkwell, looking at the top 3 cards of your deck and re-arranging)

When combined with untap effects, High Tide can even let you generate tons of mana to fuel a single, game-winning turn , making it one of the most degenerate MTG blue spells in the entire combo arsenal
