Put simply, Tergrid, God of FrightTergrid, God of Fright is a card that absolutely has to be answered the second it hits the battlefield, only that might actually be too late

Event Divine Departure can be used for the Power reduction, giving a Character -8,000 Power to make it vulnerable to your attacks or have a removal card like Edward Newgate deal with it
