Reanimation decks are among the most powerful, dropping strong creatures into play on turn 1 or 2, but you can also set up combos with cards like Necrotic Ooze or any number of combos that require at least one piece to be in the graveyard
It's just a very useful tool that has a lot of practical applications
its relatively easy to identify the broken strategies, but making sure the less inherently powerful options are still supported and have the tools to thrive is something thats essential not only the Vintage environment, but that of any cube no matter what the power level is
BPhillipYork: Just flickering this over and over will let you dig through your deck for something big, and if you've got some aura that is game-winning or enablers a combo is great, or just playing it for value to get land enchantments and untap your lands with mask tokens is really solid too
