Put cards in sleeves (a card should NEVER , not even for 1 second, be "naked"!) Double-sleeve your cards (first put them in tight-fitting sleeves, then put them in a slightly bigger sleeves)
Yes, sleeving your Magic: The Gathering cards is highly recommended, especially for rare or valuable ones
