I think this goblin warrior is the only commander for which Id advise giving a heads up before the game during your Rule 0 conversation, because a lot of players despise any land-hate strategies
Of course, this card goes best in decks that want to disavow the one land per turn limitation via cards such as Uro, Exploration, Azusa, Risen Reef, or any other land-ramping cards that run rampant through Commander
You can reset anything other than lands, such as planeswalkers, and net a massive number of enters-the-battlefield triggers
It's also an 8/8 with trample, which is very nice no matter how you have to play it
Of these three, the builder wants to find any given card as easily as possible, the Standard player will want a system that allows them to store cards in sets of 4 and a system that easily adapts for rotation, while the completionist might be better off sorting their cards per set and collector number
