It's a testament to the power level of modern-day cards that this is as large and versatile as it is and still doesn't see any meaningful Constructed play
I wasnt sure if I wanted to include this card initially, but turn 1 Soothsaying into turn 2 sink mana into the X ability isnt that bad if youre playing a slower control deck that tends to keep its mana open for in response

Beyond that it ticks basically every box, it is cheap, instant, unrestricted on target
