Basically, for a flashback card to be playable, the front half either has to be close to on-par for its effect, so the flashback aspect of the card is a bonus / afterthought, or the reward for getting the card in the graveyard is good enough that you don't mind building around a card that's not that great in your hand
EDIT: Also willing to trade it for Eevees, although Ill have to check which ones I have
If you are concerned about foil cards, please read the section later on about testing foil cards
Players will also be limited in how many copies of their cards they can transfer over
Stun/TG/TG Gladiator Beast// Worm// Malefic Geartown// Fabled// Laval/ Gravekeeper// Psychic/1Kill/ Tier List I originally collected tier lists from Japan and Korea in order to showcase the public power perception of the popular decks, but the metagame has since then rotated significantly, so unfortunately those are now obsolete
"Rocket" Pokmon would appear much later in "EX Team Rocket Returns." The last we've seen of them were the Team Aqua/Magma Pokmon in "Double Crisis." Owner's Pokmon didn't change anything to the gameplay, nor alter the power level of any Pokmon
