It lets you reset with an additional draw on top, which can completely turn a game around if you were starting to struggle off the top of your deck
Drawing 2 cards is good, but the kicker is this sets up for bringing Pawpsicle or other items back to do it again
Its worth knowing that the best Rise of the Floodborn cards doesnt just mean the most expensive Lorcana cards in the set or those with the biggest numbers, either
