In fact, of all the cards to have ever existed in MTG (and there are a lot), many would say that Ancestral Recall is the most powerful one of them all
It could theoretically appear on an Instant or Sorcery, but we have yet to see that occur and how specifically that would work

The downside is that your opponent gets to search their library for a land card, which goes onto the battlefield tapped, but in mid-to-late game situations, this isn't too much of an issue
