A bold nose featuring dark plums, liquorice, and black pepper, complemented by hints of toasty oak cedar and smoked meats. Rich, juicy, and medium to full bodied. It layers flavours of dark berries, ripe plums, and aniseed over subtle vanillin oak. It balances firm yet supple, slippery
