Vivaspin® 20 Diafiltration Cups, 12pc Pack Size:12 Simplicity of UseDiafiltration Cups enable continuous diafiltration for sample volumes up to 2 mL. For samples up to 20 mL, Sartorius recommends concentrating to 2 mL or less (using the same Vivaspin 20 unit) before inserting a Diafiltration Cup into the concentrator. Then simply fill the Diafiltration Cup with 10 mL exchange buffer and spin, to achieve efficient buffer exchange in a single step. This is a gentle buffer exchange approach that maximizes process speed
