The mana base could also use some more dual lands like Godless Shrine and Caves of Koilos for better consistency

Realistically, nobody is actually playing this card, and even EDHREC has it in less than 5,000 decklists despite being able to technically see play in any deck at all

It only untaps artifacts, though, but because it untaps them at each untap step, it works especially well with the various unique effects on artifacts
